About Rev 0
Rev 0 coaches engineers-turned-managers. We provide coaching, workshops, and leadership development programs direct to businesses and industry groups. Rev 0 is owned by Dain and Katie Johnson. Dain serves as a leadership coach, workshop facilitator, and speaker, while Katie leads Sales and Marketing.
We're growing, and we're ready to build the systems that will support the next stage of that growth.
About the Role
This role exists to improve how work gets done at Rev 0. You’ll build practical systems, organize resources, improve processes, and help create a professional client experience as Rev 0 grows.
Most of our core processes already exist, but too much of the knowledge still lives in the founders’ heads. You’ll help capture what works, turn it into repeatable systems, and create capacity for more workshops, coaching clients, coaches, and facilitators.
You’ll primarily support Dain on workshop development, coaching operations, and business systems, while collaborating with Katie to keep the client experience aligned from first contact through ongoing engagement.
Schedule & Commitment
This is a part-time role. We anticipate the role requiring somewhere between 10 and 30 hours per week, with the specific commitment determined in discussion with you. We're looking for someone who can make a firm weekly commitment and consistently honor that commitment.
Because this role supports active clients and ongoing projects, we expect availability and responsiveness each business day during set hours, with in-person availability on Mondays and Fridays.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation: $30-$40 per hour, depending on experience, demonstrated capability, and level of contribution.
Exceptional candidates who can independently improve systems, manage client-facing operations, and contribute immediately may start at the higher end of the range.
Benefits include: Paid sick leave accrued in accordance with Colorado law, flexible work scheduling, hybrid work environment.
This position does not currently include health insurance, retirement plans, paid vacation, or other paid time off benefits.
As Rev 0 grows, opportunities for increased responsibility, hours, and compensation may become available. Compensation growth will be driven by the value you create for Rev 0 and its clients.
