This course is built for first-time managers with technical backgrounds, especially engineers who’ve been promoted into leadership but haven’t had formal training. If you're managing a team, giving feedback, or setting direction for others, this course is for you. If you aren't a manager yet, the concepts in this course will be valuable for you; however, without the benefit of immediately applying what you learn, you can expect your retention of key concepts to diminish. With lifetime course access, however, you can learn now and come back for a second time once you get promoted!
