With a master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Colorado State University and an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas Tech University, Dain's fusion of technical proficiency, understanding of human behavior, and business operations allows him to help others develop transformational leadership and foster cultures of excellence.
