Whether you're a first-time manager finding your footing or a senior leader building an engineering organization from the ground up, we offer structured coaching and development to help you grow in the role you’re in.

Three primary ways we support you:

NEW MANAGER FOUNDATIONS

For engineers-turned-managers who want a clear roadmap.

This 12-week program is designed specifically for first-time managers who are navigating new responsibilities like performance reviews, hiring decisions, and strategic planning.

You’ll leave with more than knowledge—you’ll leave with structure, clarity, and a system to manage people well.

What’s Included:

  • 12-week curriculum covering strengths, habits, goal-setting, feedback, team dynamics, and leadership identity

  • Weekly coaching calls + practical exercises

  • Tools to immediately apply what you learn in your day-to-day

Rev 0 helped take me from an engineer who frankly didn’t understand what managers do all day to someone who knows specifically what managers do but also what skills a great manager has and the tools to work towards developing those skills.

LEADERSHIP COACHING

For senior technical leaders who need a sounding board and a strategist.

We work 1:1 with founders, executives, and engineering leads to support them in high-stakes decisions, team restructuring, and scaling leadership capacity. Coaching sessions focus on your current challenges, but always with a systems lens.

If you’re juggling competing priorities, managing stakeholders, and navigating complexity, this is the space to narrow focus, think critically, and lead with intention.

Frequent Topics:

  • Managing other managers

  • Strategic hiring and organizational design

  • Leading through uncertainty or conflict

  • Building a company you’re proud to lead

EcoVapor's multi-year engagement with Rev 0 has had a profound and lasting impact on the company's leadership team. Through his structured approach and insightful guidance, Dain has helped our engineering manager and business leader improve organizational discipline, stay focused on high-priority objectives, and implement clear, effective frameworks for decision-making. I personally benefit on a daily basis from the tools he has provided and taught me how to use.

Equally important, Dain has guided us in developing a deeper understanding of ourselves - both individually and as a team. Through a thoughtful combination of formal assessment tools and informal coaching methods, he has enhanced our self-awareness, communication, and team cohesion. His ability to shine a light on effective methods we can use to address both technical and interpersonal challenges has been instrumental in helping the EcoVapor team navigate complexity and set aligned, strategic goals. I am convinced that our engagement with Rev 0 has significantly strengthened our leadership capabilities and long-term organizational effectiveness.

GROUP COACHING

For organizations that want to grow their internal leadership capacity.

Group coaching is where leadership culture gets built.

It brings together a small cohort of technical leaders inside your organization for shared development, cross-functional insight, and structured leadership growth. It's ideal for startup leadership teams, engineering managers, or functional leads preparing for growth.

It’s more personal and much more effective than a training or a one-off workshop.

Common formats:

  • 6 monthly group sessions (remote or in-person)

  • Custom curriculum and focus areas aligned with organizational priorities

  • Engagements include group facilitation + 1:1 coaching for each participant

I now have a deeper understanding of the diverse personalities on my team, what drives them, and how to support their growth while fostering a culture of positive change. Thanks to the tools and insights I gained through the program, I feel fully prepared to begin my transition into management with confidence.

Not Sure Where to Start?

That’s okay. Most of my clients start with a question, not a plan. If you’re thinking about getting support for yourself or your team, let’s talk.

I’ve been an engineer, a project manager, and now a coach and organizational psychologist. I’ve led teams and built systems. I know what it’s like to solve complex problems—and I know that managing people is the hardest one of all.

If you’re ready to lead with more clarity and less stress, I’d love to help.
