Managers must learn how to effectively manage themselves, first. We'll explore key concepts such as time management, self-awareness, goal-setting, and how to prioritize responsibilities. By the end of this module, managers will be able to manage their workload and set and achieve goals to make progress towards their long-term aspirations.

Learn how to manage and lead others effectively. We'll explore key concepts such as communication, delegation, and conflict resolution, and develop the skills needed to effectively lead a team. Managers will learn ways to build and maintain strong relationships with team members and how to motivate and inspire them to reach their full potential. By the end of this module, managers will be able to create a positive and productive work environment that drives results.

Building on the skills and knowledge acquired in the first two modules, managers will develop leadership skills. We'll explore key concepts such as decision-making, leadership styles, and change management to help managers lead with confidence. Managers will learn how to inspire and influence others and how to drive organizational change. By the end of this module, managers will be equipped with the tools and knowledge needed to become a leader others want to follow.
