Our 12-week program accelerates their learning curve by helping them develop the skills they need to be successful in their first management role.

NOTE: This program has the greatest impact when peer managers learn together. For companies enrolling more than one participant, we customize the schedule to allow for group coaching sessions in addition to 1:1 coaching.

Weeks 1-4 SELF-MANAGEMENT-1
Self-Management

Managers must learn how to effectively manage themselves, first. We'll explore key concepts such as time management, self-awareness, goal-setting, and how to prioritize responsibilities. By the end of this module, managers will be able to manage their workload and set and achieve goals to make progress towards their long-term aspirations.

Weeks 5-8 Managing Others-1
Managing Others

Managers must learn how to lead others. We explore communication, delegation, conflict resolution, and motivation. Managers will learn ways to build and maintain strong relationships with team members and how to motivate and inspire them to reach their full potential. By the end of this module, managers will be able to create a positive and productive work environment that drives results.

Weeks 9-12 Leadership-1
Leadership

Building on the skills and knowledge acquired in the first two modules, managers will develop leadership skills. We'll explore key concepts such as decision-making, leadership styles, and change management to help managers lead with confidence. Managers will learn how to inspire and influence others and how to drive organizational change. By the end of this module, managers will be equipped with the tools and knowledge needed to become a leader others want to follow.
